The Medoran Chronicles Book Tag

The Medoran Chronicles Book Tag

Hello and welcome to another post. Today's post will be The Medoran Chronicles Tag. I adore the Medoran Chronicles, which is a fantasy series written by Lynette Noni, a wonderful Australian author whom I love. This tag was originally created by @Bookskay and @Justalittlebitrandom. Now lets get on with the questions.

1. Medora: Alex steps through a doorway and ends up in Medora. If you had the chance to step through a doorway, which fictional world would you want to end up in?

I would definitely want to go to Pyrithian from ACOMAF and visit all the courts. Particularly, The Night Court and Velaris (because my babes), The Summer Court (because it'd be beautiful and sunny and amazing) and The Dawn Court (because that is the court I belong to and I just have to). Sarah J Mass has created such an amazing world and cast of characters. I love all of it.

2. Akarnae: Alex and friends attend Akarnae Academy. Which fictional school would you like to attend?

I'm going to give you a second to read the name of my blog and then guess which fictional school I would like to attend. Surprise, surprise. It's Hogwarts. I feel like this would be a given for any reader but Hogwarts is the coolest place in the whole world. I can imagine myself going to classes and snuggled up in the Hufflepuff dormitory with a good book and some hot chocolate. It's just comforting and warm.

3. Alex, Jordan & Bear: Alex, Jordan & Bear have the best friendship. What is your favourite pair or group of platonic friends?

As some of you may know, Nevermoor: The Trials of Morrigan Crow is my favourite book in the whole world alongside A Court of Mist and Fury. Hawthorne and Morrigan had such a cute, easy friendship. They fell into such a supportive, cute friendship rather quickly and I loved watching their friendship progress. I love both of them as individual characters and I love them even more as friends.

4. Potential Pops: Classes at Akarnae are ranked by a person's potential in that particular area. Which typical, perfect, YA, protagonist would be in Epilson - the highest rank - for every class?

Allison Sekemoto from The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa would definitely fall into this category. She is a vampire so she'd already have an advantage with her heightened EVERYTHING. She also slays all the baddies with her wicked cool katana so I feel like she could handle herself when it came to combat.

5. The Library: The Library at Akarnae is sentient and is always giving Alex advice. Which fictional character would you like to be there to give you advice when you need it.

Definitely, Reagan from Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. I loved this book and thoroughly enjoyed Reagan's character. I could see her giving good advice because a) she's honest and would tell you the truth even if it's going to hurt your feelings b) she's done a bit in her life so I feel like she has experience c) she is a good friend.

6. Raelia: Raelia is a crossroads where people have to make a choice. If you were forced to choose only one genre to read for the rest of your life, which would it be?

YA Fantsay. Hands down. Fantasy has always been my favourite genre, ever since I was little. I love fantastical books and magical realism and elves and faeries and faeries living in magical forests.

7. Kalex: We're all die-hard lovers of Kaiden and Alex's slow burning romance. What is an OTP that took way too long to happen?

I love it when books do this. I think it makes the moment when the characters actually become a couple so much more meaningful and important. It proves a couple really cares for one-another. So I don't really have an answer for this question.

8. D.C: We all know D.C. as the character with the secret past, who we eventually come to love. Name a shady character you ended up loving.

Definitely Ryhsand. He did a full 360 in the second book and I'm so glad because he's my little baby Ryhs whom I love so very much.

9. Meya: Meya is the lost city. What book have you lost that you would love to find?

I do not lose my books. I love my books. Why would I lose them? This is a ridiculous question.

10. Predictions: What is one prediction you have for Draekora?

IT'S GOING TO BE SO GOOD. I CANNOT WAIT TO READ IT.

Thankyou for reading this post. Let me know if you liked this and I will do similar things in the future.
